Tum Tum Treehouse Lodge

Camp Life

The lodge name is inspired by a local seasonal waterhole, named by the San people who used to inhabit this area. It is a legacy and tradition that Imvelo continue to conserve land, the people and the wildlife.

Perched among teak and camelthorn woodlands in south-eastern Hwange, Tum Tum Treehouse Lodge features four elevated treetop tents – each 5 to 7 metres above the ground and a spacious family tent on a raised wooden platform (1 metre above ground level) for up to six guests. Crafted from wood and canvas with glass sliding doors, these airy, elevated tents afford safari goers the opportunity to observe wildlife including elephants wandering beneath the rooms. The raised decks offer serene privacy and ensure a deep connection with nature.

Tum Tum offers a fantastic range of activities including game drives, bush walks, walking with rhino, a ground level hide close to a waterhole for extraordinary close up photography and community visits.
